Healing Services
At Linc + Lani, I offer massage therapy, acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese Medicine as pathways back into the body, the spirit, and a more embodied way of living. My work is rooted in touch-based healing, East Asian medicine, and the belief that true care happens outside rigid systems and rushed solutions. Each service is thoughtfully curated to support your physical health, emotional well-being, and nervous system with presence, intention, and respect for your lived experience. This is care designed to help you move from survival toward steadiness, connection, and sustainable healing.
Acupuncture
I offer acupuncture rooted in the wisdom of Chinese medicine and shaped by a deeply individualized, whole-body approach. Through thoughtful assessment and ongoing refinement, each treatment is designed to support your current health concerns while honoring your body’s natural rhythms and long-term well-being. My work integrates acupuncture, fire cupping, gua sha, bodywork, and Chinese herbal consultation to address pain, stress, emotional imbalance, and chronic patterns in the body. No two sessions are the same. Your care evolves as you do, guided by careful listening, skilled diagnostics, and a commitment to treating the whole person, not just symptoms.

Treatment is always tailored to you and may include massage therapy, acupuncture, or other supportive modalities based on your needs. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and at ease in your body from the very beginning.

Not at all. Many people come to this work for the first time feeling curious, nervous, or unsure. I take time to explain each part of the process and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Questions are always welcome, and nothing is ever forced or rushed.

Comfort is key. Wear clothing that feels easy to move in, and bring any questions or concerns you may have. You do not need to prepare in any special way. Simply arriving as you are is enough.

My Approach
-
Each session is guided by careful listening, assessment, and your ongoing feedback. No two bodies or stories are the same, so treatment plans are never one-size-fits-all. I draw from massage therapy, acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and other supportive techniques to meet you where you are and adjust as your body responds over time.
-
Clients come in for many reasons, including pain, chronic tension, stress, grief, emotional overwhelm, nervous system dysregulation, and a desire to feel more connected to their bodies. Some are working through long-standing patterns, while others are seeking support during a specific season of life. You do not need to have a clear goal to begin.
-
Yes. My work is grounded in respect for personal boundaries, consent, and the understanding that the body holds lived experience. You are always in control of your session, and communication is encouraged throughout. I move at your pace and honor what feels supportive for you on any given day.
This is also an inclusive and affirming space. I welcome people of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, bodies, and identities. Care here is rooted in dignity, curiosity, and respect, with no assumptions about who you are or how you experience the world. My intention is to offer a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported in your body exactly as you are.
