Welcome to the home of a healing artist.
Hi, I’m Jessica, the woman behind Linc + Lani. I’m so glad you’re here.
I created Linc + Lani with the intention of honoring and supporting you as you move through your own healing journey. Your emotions, your body, or your story may feel like too much for some, but not for me. I celebrate your divine complexity and your right to show up in the world in your own magical way.
The care I offer exists outside of rushed systems and one-size-fits-all solutions. Through bodywork and East Asian medicine, we have the opportunity to lean into support, connection, and community so that healing can unfold in a way that feels sustainable, nurturing, and true to you.
Why Linc + Lani Exists
Linc + Lani is named in honor of my twin boys, Lincoln and Landrin, whom I lost several years ago. In the aftermath of this loss, I struggled deeply in my body and within my emotional world. Grief lived not only in my heart, but in my nervous system, my breath, and my physical being.
During that time, bodywork and art became essential to my healing. They offered a way to process what words could not and helped me slowly unbury myself from survival. These practices allowed me to soften, to feel again, and to reconnect with myself in the midst of profound pain.
Linc + Lani exists to share these same gifts with you. It is a space created from lived experience, reverence for the body, and a belief that healing happens when we are held with care, patience, and respect for the full story we carry.
